Training Manager (Engineer) / Talent Development Specialist

Position : Training Manager (Engineer)

Location : Banglamung, Chonburi

Salary : 160,000 - 180,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual technical training roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Design and deliver competency based technical training (e.g., SMT, PCBA, testing, manufacturing and maintenance processes).
• Create, maintain, and update technical training curricula, materials, and certification programs.
• Support technical onboarding and ongoing skill development for manufacturing roles.
• Develop and manage skills matrices and competency assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS to identify and address skill gaps.
• Manage technical trainers, training resources, facilities, budget, and track training effectiveness through metrics and reports.
• Always complies with safety and quality rules and regulations.

Position : Talent Development Specialist

Location : Banglamung, Chonburi

Salary : 70,000 - 90,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve training content based on employee feedback, business needs, and evolving industry standards.
• Partner with managers and site leaders to align training initiatives with operational priorities and workforce capability needs.
• Integrate succession planning with performance management to ensure development actions are linked to measurable outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers to foster a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, HR, HRD or related field.
• Proficiency in English
• Be able to work in Banglamung, Chonburi
