Training Manager (Telecommunications Background)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve the business unit's financial targets, including Sales Order and Revenue objectives.
• Monitor and control the Learning Service cost rate to ensure effective cost management and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing and preventing customer complaints.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training delivery in accordance with business and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage training delivery plans, ensuring training operations are executed smoothly, efficiently, and within the agreed timeline.
• Continuously monitor training performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in either:

  • Customer Training Sales and Management; or
  • Training Delivery within a telecommunications or IT service provider, technology vendor, or training academy environment.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is highly preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work overseas and outside regular working hours, when required.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
