**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Lead and manage the Training function for the Travel Process.
• Design, deliver, and oversee new hire, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
• Drive training effectiveness through performance evaluations, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and improve business performance.
• Track training KPIs, maintain reports, and ensure adherence to organizational training standards.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

• Minimum 1.5 Years of on-paper Training Manager experience in Travel Process.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, learning management, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
