Training Mate Founding Group Trainer

What We're Looking For:

• A natural hype person. You’ve got that spark and people gravitate to you.
• Someone who leads with laughter. You make workouts feel like a party, and the studio feel like a second home.
• Fitness experience? Great. None yet? No worries, we’ll train the right personality.
• Ideally, someone who’s taken a Training Mate class and gets the Aussie-inspired vibe: warm, welcoming, cheeky, and fun.

Must Haves:

• Group fitness or personal training certification (or willingness to earn one)
• Time awareness: you’re on it, on time, every time
• A heart for community and a comfort level chatting with everyone

Your Role:

• Be the best part of someone’s day, everyday.
• Bring the energy every class.
• Offer smart modifications and support, no matter the fitness level.
• Create connections: names, goals, favorite brunch spots. You’re here to build relationships.
• Show up prepared, polished, and ready to throw your party.
• And above all, make it fun!
