What they need
-ออกแบบและจัดทำ HRD Strategy & Training Roadmap ระยะสั้น–กลาง–ยาว ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Strategy
-วิเคราะห์ Training Needs Analysis (TNA) รายตำแหน่ง / รายระดับ / รายแผนก
-เชื่อมโยง Competency, Career Path, Job Grade และ Performance Management เข้ากับแผนพัฒนา
-ออกแบบหลักสูตร Onboarding / Orientation / Core / Functional / Leadership
-พัฒนาหลักสูตรเฉพาะสำหรับธุรกิจ Retail พัฒนา Learning รูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น Classroom, Workshop, OJT, Coaching, Online Learning
-วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของการพัฒนา เช่น Performance Improvement, Engagement, Retention
-สรุปรายงาน Training & HRD Dashboard เพื่อเสนอ ผู้บริหาร
-ดูแลและจัดกิจกรรมขององค์กรในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น กิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริม core value , ส่งเสริม Engagement ขององค์กร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา HR, การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยาองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / Training / Learning & Development อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
- เป็นผู้นำ พิธีกร ในการทำกิจกรรมได้ทุกรูปแบบ
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการคิดกิจกรรม รูปแบบใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Retail / FMCG / Fashion / Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบ Training Roadmap และ Leadership Program
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำ Training Report / Dashboard ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ ทำงานเชิงรุก และคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์
