- Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and employee performance improvements, preparing monthly reports
- Manage training schedules, venues, materials, and external trainers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records, databases, and compliance documentation.
- Identify, analyze, and map training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultation with managers
- Create, develop, and update training modules, instructional materials, and learning curricula
