What you'll do

• Analyze training and development needs through job analysis, competency gap assessments, career development plans, and discussions with managers.
• Design and develop training programs that align with business objectives and employee development requirements.
• Coordinate and administer internal, external, and online training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory, regulatory, and legal training requirements.
• Analyze training outcomes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and update learning programs to support organizational and business changes.
• Work closely with managers to identify employee development opportunities and address competency gaps.
• Maintain training records, reports, and all training-related documentation accurately.
• Stay updated on learning and development trends, including digital learning and e-learning technologies.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Training & Development (T&D), Learning & Development (L&D), or related functions.

• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency development, and training effectiveness evaluation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-Learning platforms will be an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for employee development.
