Training Officer

Shape the future of talent in hospitality. As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in driving our hotel group’s learning and development journey. Reporting to the Training Manager, you’ll help design and implement strategic training plans that empower our people to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with hotel operations, you will provide end‑to‑end training support that makes a real difference on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Training Manager to develop and roll out impactful training programs across our hotel group
• Collaborate with hotel teams to deliver engaging learning experiences that enhance service standards
• Support training operations with planning, coordination, and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Degree holder in Hotel & Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
• 2–3 years’ experience in training, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Detail‑minded and organized, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• **Creative edge.**Hands‑on experience in video editing is an advantage
• Bilingual communicator. Excellent command of written English and Chinese, with fluency in both Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
