Training Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Officer to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee learning and development programs aligned with business needs, performance requirements, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify competency and performance gaps
• Develop annual training plans and learning programs
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, technical, behavioral, and other training programs
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers
• Manage training schedules, logistics, records, and documentation
• Conduct post-training evaluations and monitor training effectiveness
• Support employee development, career development, and performance improvement initiatives
• Monitor training expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets and accreditation requirements
• Prepare training reports and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or related HR functions
• Experience in training needs analysis, training design, facilitation, and evaluation
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and coordinate with different stakeholders
• Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or project-based organizations is an advantage

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
