About the role
In this trainer role, you will play an important function in training and coaching other trainers to prepare them to effectively transfer knowledge and standard operating procedures (SOP) to personnel in the northern region. You will communicate directly with Chinese managers or executives to receive instructions and work topics, as well as report on work performance. You will use problem-solving skills and quick thinking in your work, with opportunities to travel to different provinces in the northern region to support diverse training activities.
Key responsibilities
- Train and coach other trainers to prepare them to transfer knowledge and standard operating procedures to personnel in the northern region
- Communicate with Chinese managers or executives to receive instructions and work topics
- Report on work performance to management
- Use problem-solving skills and quick thinking in daily work
- Travel to different provinces in the northern region to support training activities
About you
- Excellent Chinese language communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
