Training Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training Officer to join our HR team. responsible for assessing training needs, developing effective programs, and promoting continuous learning within the organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions
• Develop and facilitate engaging training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Deliver training sessions to employees across various departments and levels
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
• Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workplace training and assessment
• Maintain training records and generate reports to track progress and impact

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Preferably with experience in the Retail Industry.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and training evaluation skills.
