TRAINING OFFICER

Core Responsibilities

• Assess Needs: Find skill gaps by talking to managers and reviewing performance.
• Design Programs: Create clear lesson plans, manuals, and online learning modules.
• Deliver Training: Lead classes, workshops, or one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Track Progress: Monitor participant progress and keep accurate records using learning software.
• Evaluate Results: Measure how well training worked through feedback and tests, then update courses.

Education and Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: A Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
