- Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance.
- Communicate training details to employees and department heads.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Maintain employee training records and training history.
- Monitor attendance and participation in training programs.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Prepare training reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with external training providers, speakers, and facilitators.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support employee development and skills enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain the training calendar and development plans.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with required or mandatory training.
- Perform other related HR and administrative duties as assigned.
