About the role
Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. is seeking a Training Officer to join the HR Team. The role involves identifying training needs, developing training programs, delivering training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness to support organizational development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with managers
- Analyze skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs
- Design training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online modules
- Develop structured learning plans and training schedules
- Conduct workshops, seminars, onboarding sessions, and coaching programs
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback forms, and performance metrics
- Modify programs based on participant feedback and outcomes
