Key responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training and development programs aligned with business goals.
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR.
Support the creation of learning roadmaps, career development plans, and competency frameworks.
Coordinate and facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with external vendors and trainers when necessary.
Coach line managers on training best practices and employee development strategies.
Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
WILLING TO RELOCATE IN BORACAY ISLAND
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
