Training Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations for training programs.

Follow up with learners before, during, and after courses.

Organize Zoom & GoToMeeting sessions.

Support instructors and internal teams.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.

Manage tickets, surveys, and learner feedback.

Maintain accurate records using CRM and operational systems.

Create and edit basic training videos using Camtasia.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Customer Service, or Coordination.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Intermediate experience with Camtasia.

Intermediate experience using Zoom and GoToMeeting.

Experience in the professional training industry is a strong advantage .

Experience with platforms such as Odoo Helpdesk and Odoo Survey is a strong advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Good English is preferred.
