Training Program Manager – Education Operations

Location: Dayanand Sagar University, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Open Positions

• Training Operations Executive – Junior – Up to ₹15,000/month
• Training Operations Manager – Mid-Senior – Up to ₹3 LPA
• Training Program Manager – Senior – Up to ₹6 LPA

Role and compensation will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
• Manage trainer schedules, workload and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with colleges, trainers, freelance trainers and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of training programs.
• Monitor program progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain training schedules, reports and program documentation.
• Support hiring and onboarding of full-time and freelance trainers.
• Communicate program updates and escalate operational issues to management.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and team-management skills.
• Experience in education, training, academic operations or program coordination is preferred.
