Training Specialist – Clinical Programs

• Work Arrangement: Onsite (TP Vertis North)
• Schedule: US Day Shift

Deliver high‑impact training that equips licensed clinicians to excel in US managed care operations. Build competency, strengthen quality, and support continuous learning across clinical teams.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate onboarding, pre‑production, and CE training for clinical staff.
• Deliver modules on UM/CM workflows, documentation, HIPAA/PHI, and protocols.
• Run skills validation, case simulations, and competency assessments.
• Develop and update SOPs, job aids, and workflow guides.
• Maintain audit‑ready training records and competency files.
• Collaborate with Ops, QA, and TA to address performance gaps and pipeline needs.

What You Need

• PH RN license, BSN.
• Active/passed USRN license. (unrestricted)
• 3+ years clinical experience; 1–2 years training/education experience.
• Strong understanding of US managed care, Utilization Management/ Review and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Amenable to US shift and onsite/hybrid setup.

Preferred

• Healthcare BPO training experience.
• Exposure to URAC/NCQA or clinical documentation platforms.
