Job Description

• Deliver onboarding, product training, process training, and capability development programs.
• Develop and update training materials, assessments, and certification programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure training supports business needs.
• Manage employee certification and competency development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Learning & Development, or similar role.
• Experience in Call Center, BPO, Customer Service, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
• Experience conducting classroom training and/or onboarding programs.
• Able to create training materials, assessments, and training reports.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
