Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Able to speak and write English fluently
• Familiar with the use of online training platforms
• Providing coaching to promoters to improve and enhance their performance
• Having well-developed planning and organizational skills
• Able to actively drive a Class B vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Specialist in telecommunication sector.

Job Description

• Visiting promoters working within the assigned region, following the established route
• Analyzing training needs, To provide the necessary training and to measure its effectiveness
• Tracking statistics on training outcomes
• To provide training to all promoters (online/offline) in certain periods
• To provide orientation training to the newly recruited promoters in the region and to record their performance in the determined criteria during the 2-month trial period
• Organizing and implementing group trainings for employees of chain stores (MediaMarkt, Vatan, Teknosa, etc.)
• Visiting stores and providing training to store sales staff
• Preparing and sharing all monthly and weekly reports.
