Training Specialist

Position: Training Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data

• Design and develop training materials, including curricula, facilitator guides, e-learning   modules, and presentations

• Facilitate training sessions (in-person, virtual, workshops, seminars)

• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and generate reports

• Maintain and update training content to reflect current trends and organizational changes

• Collaborate with managers and HR to align training with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
