Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving employee learning experiences across PAPH. The role transforms company processes, SOPs, products, systems, and policies into engaging, practical, and competency-based learning programs that accelerate employee development and improve operational performance. The Training Specialist serves as the primary facilitator of PAPH Academy and champions innovative learning methods that increase learner engagement, knowledge retention, and workplace application.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Orientation
• Facilitate Product Knowledge Training
• Deliver Process & SOP Training
• Conduct Systems Training
• Facilitate Customer Service Training
• Conduct Soft Skills Development programs
• Deliver Leadership Development workshops as assigned
• Convert approved SOPs into learning modules
• Develop lesson plans, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks
• Develop knowledge assessments and conduct practical evaluations
• Identify skill gaps and provide analysis for required training.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Facilitation, Customer Training, Teaching, Instructional Design, or Employee Development
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, Facilitation Techniques, Instructional Design, Learning Assessment, Public Speaking, and Coaching Techniques
• Technical competencies in Classroom Facilitation, Virtual Facilitation, Presentation Design, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication and high energy
• Creativity, Adaptability, and Facilitation Skills
• Coaching Ability and Customer Focus
• Collaboration and Continuous Learning Mindset

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
