Training Specialist

Position Description:

The role holder is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of management and soft skills training programs designed to support employees’ professional growth and development.

This role ensures that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and professionally, thereby contributing directly to KAHRAMAA’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the planning and structuring of soft skills training programs to align with the overall objectives of KAHRAMAA support departments and functions.

Assists in the development and customization of soft skills training programs and relate

Supports the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and recommends improvements based on insights and participant input.

Utilizes digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, monitoring, and tracking.

Regularly reviews and updates training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training content with KAHRAMAA’s strategic goals.

Proposes innovative methods, ideas, and tools to enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.

Maintains accurate records of training program attendance and certifications.

Analyzes management and soft skills training programs and prepares reports on outcomes, trends, and return on investment (ROI) for management review.

Coordinates with the Senior Training Specialist – Support to ensure effective delivery of training programs, monitor their impact, and implement improvements as required.

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager, in alignment with KAHRAMAA’s objectives.

Collaborates with the Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to support and maintain ISO, Risk Management, and ISMS certifications.

Ensures all departmental activities comply with KAHRAMAA’s health and safety regulations.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.

Minimum of six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Required Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and coordinate schedules. Proficiency in budget preparation and financial management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Sound knowledge of ISO and Risk Management standards and procedures.

Advanced knowledge and practical experience with ERP and HR systems

Pay: QAR18,000.00 per month
