About the role

- Prepare training materials, schedules, and reports
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to support employee competency development
- Support onboarding and technical training for new employees
About you
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in manufacturing
- Good understanding of technical/manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
