Training Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, organised individual with excellent multitasking skills to join our Christchurch team. This is a 30 hour per week role working with our customers to train them on how to use our products. You will also have the opportunity to seek out new business.

About the Role:

We’re open to candidates who may not have direct industry experience but are technically minded and eager to learn, grow, and take their career in a new direction.

In this role, you will:

• Identify new business opportunities with nearby businesses during training and refer qualified leads to the sales team

• Provide training on our wide range of business solution products to customers

• Be a trusted resource for staff, offering support and guidance

• Coordinate technical support as required

• Deliver ongoing customer support through regular follow-up meetings

• Identify opportunities to upsell accessories and software during training sessions

• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and presentations

• Assist with troubleshooting over the phone when needed

• Liaise with various departments, so exceptional communication skills across all levels are essential

What You’ll Bring:

• Full legal entitlement to work in New Zealand, plus a valid driver’s licence

• A passion for technology or a willingness to learn and embrace it

• Intermediate-level MS Office skills

• A strong work ethic and reliability
