We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Training Specialist to join our team.

The Training Specialist is responsible for implementing and facilitating employee training and professional development programs across the organization. This role ensures staff receive the education, resources, and necessary support to maintain compliance, enhance performance, and uphold Aspire of WNY’s mission and values.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and motivated to equip employees with the knowledge, skills and the desire needed to provide exceptional services the people we support expect and deserve.

Requirements –

• Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Certified SCIP-R instructor preferred
