What they need
- Provide all new hire training in accordance with Department of Mental Health, including but not limited to Stepping Stones Orientation, Missouri Abuse and Neglect training, MANDT and First Aid/CPR.
- Maintain current and up to date certifications for all employees within the agency
- Print/Provide current employee certifications to administrative team
- Assist HR in onboarding and training process for all new employees
- Review and maintain all trainings through Relias Training Systems
- Assist Director of Training with DATA input in Therap tracking systems
- Enhance goals for Stepping Stones strategic plans aligning with agency Core Values
- Maintain HIPAA and personal information regarding staff and consumers served by agency
- Attend and lead training courses assigned weekly, including recertification
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
