Training Specialist - Creative Growth Assistant

Your mission as a Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist at TalentPop is to train the newly hired agents on Company Policies, Guidelines, Tools/Software, Resources, and other relevant topics that would help the newly hired employees prepare for the new role.

Responsibilities

Host TalentPop training classes via Zoom, discussing topics in the training outline; requires being on camera 50?70% of the shift

Train newly hired agents on company policies, guidelines, tools, software, and resources to prepare them for their roles

Provide training to current team members to maintain and enhance their skills

Host Onboarding Week training and determine which candidates advance based on training performance and assessments

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for trainees, collaborating with team leads to support their continuous improvement

Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions on various Growth Assistant topics, including SEO, marketing administration, data analytics, E-commerce website tasks, graphic design, social media content administration, and video editing

Create training materials and develop training plans on software and topics relevant to agents? roles

Qualifications

At least 6 months of Training experience

1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred

Experienced in at least two to three of the following: Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, Email Marketing

Knowledge and experience in E-commerce

Familiarity with any tools related to the skills above like Adobe, Tiktok Shop Affiliate, Snowball, and other similar platforms

Has experience with using Canva, Trainual App, Loom (not required but is preferred!)

Technical Requirements:

Internet: 25 Mbps min up/down, plus a backup option (hotspot, pocket WiFi, etc.) at 15 Mbps min ? role-specific and subject to change

Hardware: Personally-owned desktop/laptop only (no tablets, phones, Chromebooks, or borrowed devices), 8GB+ RAM, meets min processor specs (Intel/AMD/Apple per role, latest OS), working webcam/mic (headset required for phone roles)

Power: Reliable primary source + backup solution (generator, portable power station, etc.)

Enforcement: Non-compliance can mean delayed onboarding, corrective action, client unassignment, or termination
