Job Overview

The Training Specialist – USRN is responsible for delivering clinical and coding-related training programs. The role ensures that team members maintain high standards of documentation, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs for healthcare and coding staff.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance during training sessions.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to employees.
• Work closely with QA and operations teams to identify skill gaps.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license required
• Strong understanding of medical coding and clinical documentation
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Must have at least 1 year CPO experience, preferably Utilization Review background
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinical training

Experience Requirement

• 3–5 years healthcare or clinical experience
• Training or leadership experience preferred

Work Setup

• Shift: US Hours
• Work Arrangement: Flexible to report onsite in Manila/Pampanga/Cebu
