Training Specialist（demak center Java）

Qualifications:

1. Develop, organize and implement annual and monthly employee training plans.
2. Organize and follow up on new employee training, job skill training and skill examinations.
3. Maintain and manage training systems, employee training records, examination results and related data.
4. Organize, update and improve training materials, presentations and examination question banks.
5. Coordinate training-related communication between Chinese and Indonesian employees and complete other training-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Indonesian citizen with a bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Education, Management, Chinese Language or related fields are preferred.
2. HSK Level 4 or above, with the ability to communicate in Chinese and handle basic written Chinese; candidates with study experience in China are preferred.
3. At least 1 year of experience in training, human resources or administration; manufacturing experience is preferred.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with good data processing skills.
5. Strong communication, coordination, organizational and learning skills; responsible and able to adapt to a factory working environment.
