Training Staff

Job Responsibilities:

Training

• Executes training and certification for Plant Team Members in multiple locations within a designated cluster and their plant.
• Supports effective and learning retention by means of executing training programs agreed with the Training Department.
• Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our standard operational procedures, and standard safety protocols.
• Regularly assessing the performance of Plant Team Members - from new hires to tenured PTMs, of his designated cluster and their plant.
• Ensure a high process compliance grade at the designated plant in preparation for any audit to be conducted by the TQM Department.

Plant Operations

• Assigned to rescue a particular plant who is in need of operational rescue and training related matters.
• Assists Plant Management Team in handling skills related issues in a particular plant.

Relevant Credentials:

• Passed all Production Crew Certification and Cluster Trainers Training under Mister Donut’s Certification and Training Program.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in training and development and/or production.

• At least knowledgeable in Google Workspace

• Willing to travel

• Willing to be assigned in Mister Donut Plant Manggahan Pasig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
