Training Supervisor 3rd shift

General Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating training and employee development activities, ensuring that employees acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to achieve the organization's operational and strategic objectives.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration or Engineering).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, organizational development, or learning and development.

Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications

Training and facilitation techniques.

Training material design and development.

Performance evaluation and KPI management.

Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Continuous improvement methodologies.

Bilingual (preferred).
