TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Assess team learning needs and find skill gaps.
• Design, update, and manage training programs and materials.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule trainers and trainees.
• Track and measure the success of learning programs using data.
• Manage the training budget and work with outside vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and teaching methods.
• Excellent public speaking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Previous experience as a corporate trainer or educator.
