Training Supervisor

Responsibilities :

1. Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and manager consultations.
2. Develop annual training plans aligned with organizational goals and competency requirements.
3. Organize, schedule, and deliver training programs for employees at all levels.
4. Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers, and subject matter experts; ensure effective onboarding/orientation for new hires.
5. Evaluate program effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and performance results; maintain training records per company policies and ISO/AS standards.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and QMS requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485) and drive continuous improvement of training programs, processes, and materials.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent).
2. At least 1-2 years' experience in training or related functions.
3. Positive attitude with good emotional self-control.
4. Good English communication skills.
5. Able to use computers and Microsoft Office programs.
6. Be proactive in your work and take responsibility for your duties.
