REQUIREMENTS：Bachelor's degree or above, corporate training management exxperience is preferred.Familiar with the full training process, with the ability to bbuild training systems anddesign courses.Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planningand writing skills;proficient in office software.Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance andd teamwork spiritKEY RESPONSIBILITIES：Improve the company's training system, formulate training managementregulations and implement various training plans.Conduct training needs research at all levels, design training courses, organizetraining implementation, and coordinate internal training resources.Optimize training courseware and training processes.Establish a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism,follow up on the transformation of training results,and produce training summary reports.
