Training Supervisor

About the role

As a full-time Training Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to upskill our workforce and drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate tailored training initiatives to address the evolving skill gaps within our organisation
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning objectives with business goals
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides and participant workbooks
• Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing data-driven insights to continually improve the learning experience
• Mentor and coach our team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive measurable improvements in employee performance
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Proficient in the use of learning management systems, e-learning platforms and other training technologies
