Training Supervisor

TRAINING SUPERVISOR | SALES & PRODUCT

About the Role

We are looking for a Training Supervisor to lead and deliver impactful training programs for our sales, retail, and field teams. This role will drive product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and team performance while coaching trainers and supporting key product launches and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training programs for sales, retail, and field teams.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales, customer engagement, and selling skills training.
• Develop and update training materials, modules, presentations, and assessments.
• Coach and supervise trainers to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
• Identify training needs and performance gaps and provide appropriate coaching or refresher training.
• Monitor training attendance, assessments, feedback, and overall effectiveness.
• Prepare training reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, Product, Marketing, and HR teams.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and other major business initiatives.
• Conduct onsite and field training and travel to different locations when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, L&D, sales training, retail training, or a related role.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience training sales teams, retail staff, promoters, or frontline employees.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, and training evaluation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other training tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willing to travel for field training.

Preferred Experience

Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
