Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Supervisor with strong experience in banking collections and team handling. The role will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, refresher sessions, quality improvement activities, and supporting the performance development of collection teams.

The Training Supervisor will report to the Center Manager and work closely with the Training Manager on training and quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct training sessions according to the training calendar.
• Conduct refresher training sessions for collection teams based on identified training needs.
• Identify specific groups requiring additional support and conduct focused training sessions.
• Manage training for new-hire batches and support employees through the certification process.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for collection team members and support performance improvement.
• Plan and conduct training activities based on business and operational requirements.
• Support training-related contests and initiatives and share performance updates with the concerned team.
• Conduct floor activities such as call listening and feedback sessions along with the Training Manager.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for call calibration and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain and regularly update examples of good and improvement-required calls for training purposes.
• Review training gaps based on quality and performance observations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address escalations and customer complaints related to training or process gaps.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Quality Assurance team.
• Prepare and maintain training reports, performance records, and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to improve employee performance and process adherence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in banking collections.
• Previous team handling or supervisory experience.
• Experience in training or coaching collection teams.
• Good understanding of collection processes and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of quality parameters, call monitoring, and calibration.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and team management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify training gaps and provide appropriate coaching.

Qualification

• Any graduate degree.
• Relevant experience in banking collections, training, quality, or operations will be preferred.

Compensation

₹3.5 – ₹4.0 LPA, based on relevant experience and skills.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
