TRAINING SUPERVISOR – NAILS DOT GLOW

Job Description:
The Training Supervisor is responsible for training, supervising, and developing Massage Therapists and Nail Technicians. The role focuses on technical training, employee handling, performance monitoring, and ensuring that trainees are ready for actual branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and hands-on demonstrations for Massage Therapists and Nail Technicians.
• Teach proper service procedures, customer service, sanitation, grooming, and NDG standards.
• Supervise and manage trainees throughout the training period.
• Monitor attendance, attitude, behavior, discipline, and overall performance.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to trainees.
• Handle employee concerns, misunderstandings, and minor conflicts professionally.
• Motivate trainees and maintain a positive but disciplined training environment.
• Evaluate technical skills and overall readiness for branch deployment.
• Coordinate with HR and Branch Heads regarding trainee performance and concerns.
• Prepare training evaluations and recommend trainees for deployment, additional coaching, or retraining when necessary.
• Ensure proper care and accountability of training tools, equipment, and company property.
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and Code of Conduct during training.
• Support the development of employees and help maintain a professional, respectful, and teamwork-oriented workplace.
