Training Support Executive

About the role

Mango Training and Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and organised Training Support Executive to join our team in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs and events.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative and logistical support for the planning and execution of training programs and events
• Preparing and compiling relevant documentation for HRDC training claims
• Managing queries from HRDC regarding training documents
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of training materials, resources, and equipment
• Help to design slides and training decks for trainers
• Liaise with clients, participants, and internal stakeholders to address any queries or concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities
• Support the training team in the development and improvement of training processes and procedures
• Handle post-training activities such as participant feedback collection, reporting and production of certificates

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar training support or administrative role
• Fresh grads who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software/systems
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
