TRAINING TEAM / IT TRAINER

Job Details: We are hiring an IT Technical Trainer to design training materials, deliver technical onboarding programs, and conduct system process training for project personnel.

• POSITION: IT Technical Trainer
• WORK SETUP: On-site / Hybrid

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop user manuals, video guides, and interactive training modules for software/processes
• Deliver group training sessions and onboarding programs for new project staff
• Evaluate trainee comprehension through assessments and provide performance feedback
• Update training modules based on software upgrades and procedural changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 2+ years experience as a technical trainer, corporate instructor, or documentation specialist
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and instructional design skills
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into easy-to-understand guides
