Primary Objective:

In broad terms, briefly state the major purpose of primary objective of this position.

Doff all cloth rolls from looms and transport to roll storage area by use of tramrail.

Major Function and Scope:

Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function of responsibility explaining

the scope of the function as appropriate.

• Maintain adequate supply of cores in racks

• Transport tramrail and empty core to loom

• Cut cloth, tape, properly tag roll

• Doff cloth roll

• Place empty core, tape and start loom

• Transport doffed roll to roll storage area with use of tramrail

• Keep a record of all rolls doffed

• Obtain Quality Control lab samples and carry to supervisor’s office

• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision

• Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies

• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary

• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

Knowledge, Experience, Certifications: Describe the education, knowledge required, years of experience, specific skills

and abilities required to do the job on a fully competent basis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Lift Truck Certification preferred

• Successful completion of all required on the job training

• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training

• Reads and writes in standard English and proficient performing basic math calculations such as addition and

subtraction
