Transaction Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Transaction Assistant to support client activities, coordinate stakeholders and help deliver a consistently high-quality client experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organised, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Prior real estate experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable point of contact and support day-to-day client requests.
• Coordinate activities, information and follow-ups across clients, colleagues and service partners.
• Maintain trackers, records and simple reports to support timely delivery.
• Prepare clear emails, updates, presentations and meeting materials.
• Identify issues early, follow through on actions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Learn transaction management processes and contribute to team and client objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment.
• Candidates from banking, hospitality, airlines, professional services and other service industries are welcome.
• Strong client care, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities.
• Clear written and spoken English and Chinese. Korean, Japanese or other Asian language skills would be an advantage.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• A degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
