Transaction Associate

I. Job Summary

Responsible for successfully processing member transactions in an accurate and timely manner

II. General Responsibilities

• Ensures member transactions are processed and completed successfully in an accurate and timely manner.
• Analyzes user data by conducting thorough analysis of the member’s account and transaction history.
• Assists the support team in real-time member requests with regards to their transactions in the platform.
• Validates and ensures compliance to the member transactions requirements submitted by members to ensure eligibility.
• Flags any potential fraudulent transactions encountered while processing member transactions requests.
• Communicates with the support team and other relevant teams regarding any inquiries or concerns that may arise.
• Complies with all organizational and departmental policies and procedures to ensure a world class member experience.

III. Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google Suite
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Professional level in verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable on Transactions processing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
