Transaction Banking Implementation & Client Services Associate

What You'll Do:

·       Implement Cash Management Solutions for corporate clients

·       Conduct client training and product onboarding

·       Provide technical and client support via phone, email, video conference, or onsite visits

·       Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client concerns

·       Assist relationship managers in product presentations and client engagements

·       Monitor implementation and support requests to ensure excellent service delivery

What We're Looking For:

·       Bachelor's degree (IT-related course preferred but not required)

·       Strong customer service and communication skills

·       Experience in software installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting

·       Background in cash management implementation and client support is an advantage

·       Willing to do fieldwork
