Transaction Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Transaction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee complex real estate and infrastructure transactions that support critical operational capacity for the organization. You will manage sourcing, negotiation, and execution across multiple stakeholders while helping ensure deals move efficiently from initial opportunity through close. The position also requires close coordination with legal, finance, technical, and operational partners to drive scalable transaction processes and timely outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $320,000 – $405,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify data center capacity opportunities through management of network relationships
• Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process for specific data center deals
• Negotiate term sheets and manage the LOI process, structuring commercial terms that align with the organization's requirements
• Ensure all requirements are satisfied from LOI to executed transaction for deal closure
• Act as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement during due diligence
• Serve as single point of contact for internal and external updates on transaction progress
• Document and refine transaction processes to support scalable deal execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
• Excellence in project management with the ability to coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams
• Experience in RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a focus on strategic deal objectives
