Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the operational efficiency and productivity of cards business through ensuring timely, complete and accurate payment and disbursement posting: issuance of checks, performance of account crediting activities and posting and reconciliation of cardholder payment transactions

Key Responsibilities

• ensures timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangement, balance transfers, easy cash/cash it easy options

• maintains and monitors database of requests for adjustments

• monitors compliance to posting policies and procedures and ensures completeness and accurate execution of all transactions based on the requests

• reviews and countersigns documents, identify errors, approves disbursement processes and ensures all cases received for posting are all accounted and resolved promptly

• recommends solutions and process enhancements

• performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of any four-year Business or Finance related course

• Background in credit card operations preferred, or at least 3 years in experience in Financial Institutions

• Analytical, detailed, and service-oriented

• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and decision-making skills

• Willing to be assigned in Head Offices located in Ortigas and Makati
