Transaction Processing Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4 year course preferably on Accounting, Finance or other related course

• at least one (1 )year experience in Financial services or related field (preferred, not required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Preferably residing in / near Quezon City

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing straightforward and routine tasks such as auditing daily transactions in the center as per prescribed standards and procedures.
• Cross-check accuracy of data and information on everyday cash & HMO transactions

2. Ensure that sufficient & complete details are provided for the transaction.

3. Check and balance prompt payment discounts if aligned with agreed terms.

4. Work from an assigned queue of transactions to be processed through the hospital system.

5. Input data and maintain accuracy of all records in databases/spreadsheets/other tracking software.

6. Process the corrected transactions within the required timeframe.

7. Resolve inquiries with regards to the transactions processed.

8. Create and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports from the hospital financial data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
