PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Transaction Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our transaction processing operations, directly supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process daily transaction batches with high accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or errors in transaction data.
• Maintain detailed records of processed transactions and report any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols.
• Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in transaction processing, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transaction processing software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
