Genius People is recruiting for a Melbourne Transaction Services opportunity with a Big Four firm. The draw is bigger deals and the chance to take your existing financial due diligence experience further.

Why consider the move

Bigger deals, with a role in how they are assessed. You’ll lead financial due diligence workstreams on acquisitions and disposals for private equity investors and corporate buyers, turning analysis into advice that informs investment decisions.

The work spans businesses in retail, consumer products, manufacturing and industrial markets. At Manager level, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day delivery, review findings, manage client relationships and develop junior team members.

Bring real transaction experience

Bring hands-on buy-side or sell-side FDD experience, with confidence analysing earnings quality, working capital, cash flow and debt-related issues. We’re looking for people who can challenge the numbers, explain the implications and deliver clear reports that clients can act on.

This search requires existing TS or FDD experience.
